INSTRUCTIONS
The conference fee is $575 per person attending. We provide two basic payment options:
1.) pay via PayPal with a Credit Card or from your Paypal account or,
2.) send in a registration form (link below) with a check.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO USE PAYPAL, fill out the registration form below and click SEND. This form must be submitted for each person attending. We will receive the form. Once done, click the PAYPAL button to go to their site and follow the steps to process your payment. You can enter a quantity in the shopping cart equal to the number of persons attending. You can pay from your existing PayPal account or simply use a credit card. The following credit cards and eCheck are accepted.
IF YOU CHOOSE TO MAIL IN YOUR PAYMENT, then you do not need to fill out the online form, simply click the PDF Form download button, fill it out and provide payment by check or credit card. Be sure to fill out a form for each person attending.
